COVID-19 – INFORMATION

The well-being of our guests and employees remains our highest priority. TEN HOTEL will always go above and beyond to provide a clean and safe environment.

Given the current development of the Covid-19 virus in Sweden and abroad, we are closely monitoring the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and the Swedish health authorities’ recommendations.

We are working constantly to ensure the latest advice on hygiene and cleaning are met.

The following are our procedures for infection prevention.

GUEST ROOMS

Housekeeping staff are instructed to clean guest rooms by adding an extra level of focus on 10 ”high-touch, deep clean” areas as follow:

Switches and electronic controls
Handles and knobs
Major bathroom surfaces
Climate control panels
Telephones, remote controls
Bed and bedding
Bath amenities
Hard surfaces
Closet goods
GREETING DESK & HANG OUT AREAS

Besides our ordinary cleaning routine, we have increased cleaning and disinfection frequency for high-touch surfaces like ipads, desks, credit card machines and pens. We do provide alcohol-based sanitizer stations in all areas.

RESTAURANTS AND BAR

We are furnishing our restaurants with distance between the tables and undertaken all necessary actions to provide a safe space without any crowds. We are providing table service and have routines to avoid queuing. We have hand disinfection available for our guests.

TEN GYM , SAUNA and MEETING AREAS

We are following the regulations that our local authorities have decided and are doing our utmost to deliver a safe meeting space. We perform continuous risk assessments and have routines to avoid congestion and queues. All areas have access to multiple toilets, and we can offer a private space for coffee breaks. Also, we have increased cleaning and disinfection frequency for high-touch surfaces and we provide alcohol-based sanitizer stations in all areas.

EMPLOYEE

We keep our employees informed about the current situation and regarding the importance of personal hygiene to reduce the risk of any infection, regardless of character, and to be observant of symptoms linked to Covid-19. We are closely monitor employee health encourage employees with symptoms to stay at home. We provide alcohol based sanitizer stations in all back of house areas and encourage employees to disinfect all personal hard surfaces like desks and telephones.
